How can I identify if this is the right programme for me?
The Meaningful Change Weightloss Programme has been designed for those who have tried to lose weight in the past and who have been unsuccessful, perhaps experiencing the yo-yo effect of losing weight only to put it straight back on again. By working with a qualified Meaningful Change Weightloss Coach, a Coach who has been personally assigned to you, you can work through the 12 Step Programme with their full support and encouragement, bringing about permanent change at a subconscious level.
What makes the Meaningful Weightloss Programme different from other, cheaper weightloss courses?
Meaningful Change Weightloss Coaches have been specially selected and trained in the 5 Core Principles of the programme and will work with you to support you in achieving your weightloss target as well as on other goals that you may have. It is this holistic approach to life, and to your individual circumstances, that makes the programme especially unique and of so much more value than other, cheaper courses.
What diet do I have to follow?
There is no specific diet regime to follow.
Do I need to inform my doctor?
Yes, we advise that you do inform your doctor that you are taking this positive action in order to support your weightloss goals. You may wish to discuss the programme with your doctor prior to enrolling. We are happy to supply you with a letter to send to your doctor with details about the programme. If you prefer not to inform your doctor we will require you to sign a disclaimer.
Can you guarantee that I will lose weight?
No diet or weightloss programme can guarantee that you will lose weight. If you fail to lose weight on this programme then this may be due to a medical problem you have or to a lack of commitment to lose weight.
How will the coaching be carried out?
The coaching sessions can be carried out via telephone, Skype or, where location permits, in person. The date and time of each session is mutually agreed in advance. Coaching sessions are usually scheduled on a fortnightly basis.
What will I get out of the programme?
What you get out of programme will be in equal measure to the time, effort and commitment that you put in. The more open, honest and committed you are to the programme, and to achieving your weightloss goals, the greater the success you will achieve.
What is NLP?
